Abstract

L’ostéo-arthropathie hyperthrophiante pneumique fait partie des manifestations endocriniennes et métaboliques des syndromes paranéoplasiques. Elle connait beaucoup d’étiologies mais les plus fréquentes.
Nous rapportons une observation concernant un patient âgé de 65 ans porteur d’un adénocarcinome broncho-pulmonaire primitif et une ostéo-arthropathie hyperthrophiante pneumique.
